As a Metallurgic Investigation Supervisor. Me and my team were responsible of running metallurgical tests in the mineral provided from the mine, starting with crushing, milling, froth flotation and Copper-Molibdenum separation, maximizing it’s Copper and Molibdenum recovery with several reactants. The mineral on the mine was downgrading the quality of the copper mineral so I had to run frothing flotation tests to maximize the recovery of copper oxides and sulfidesThe results of my investigation were delivered to the Director himself for further investigationAlso I was an internal auditor in the group under ISO-9001:2008 and ISO-9501 norms

As a production engineer, responsible of Metallic Bonds, Polishing Pads and Vacuum Brazing departments in the Superabrasive Area. I optimized the production, upgraded the integrity and performance of the polishing pads, also I’m capable of operate a Vacuum Brazing Furnace, Vacuum Sinterizer and an EDM (Electrical Discharge Machiner). Plus I was developing an electroplated diamond sandpaper.I was able to maintain and optimize the production of superabrasive wheels, polishing pads, Electro discharge machined wheels, etc according to the standards at the plant
