Work in multidisciplinary teams, exposing the measures to be taken, giving visibility and tracking these measures. ✓ After detecting a very high stock volume due to lower terminal sales, an operational plan is needed to reduce the DSO (Average Stock Days) to avoid a cash problem for the company.
