Reporting to Soprole´s CEO and with dotted lines to Fonterra´s Global Consumer and Foodservice Finance Director. - Member of Soprole´s Leadership Team, contributing with financial leadership and strategic direction, leading the company to achieve record EBIT growth.- Implemented working capital optimization program, delivering more than USD 20 million incremental cash (improvement of 13 working capital days).- People focused leadership, building a Finance team with world class engagement (first quartile of Gallup Q12 Engagement Survey).- Implemented Integrated Business Planning (IBP) as the main strategic and tactical management model, delivering improved forecasts, service level, internal communication and a strategy driven decision making process.- Continuous Improvement program leader (based on McKinsey´s RTS methodology), delivering more than USD 15 million in annual savings.
