As the Director of Data Sciences at Enterprise-DS, I manage a team of researchers and developers who unify the entire data science lifecycle, from data preparation to machine learning and predictive model deployment. As the Director of Science and Innovation at Upload Educacional, I oversee the research and development of educational technologies, pedagogical support, and data-driven learning strategies for schools, corporate universities, and the public sector.I have a strong record of generating and maintaining relationships with cross-functional and interdisciplinary partners, as well as empowering and mentoring my team members to reach their full potential.
