Training Manager reporting to Human Resources Manager:• Coordinate, develop, plan, schedule, and support the Management in all activities of education and training, including those of a general nature (languages, computing, etc.) anticipating and diagnosing needs, facilitating the necessary means and resources, elaborating the training plan, taking into account cultural values, ethical and Corporate Compliance, and business strategy.• Anticipate, recognize, understand and adapt all aspects of training and education according to company and market changes, in order to keep all involved aware of reality, and to allow an easier achievement of results determined by the objectives.• Among the performance indicators, were always the Training Budget [direct (200.000€) and non-direct costs (300.000€)]; the sales global results, highlighting the involvement in the design of programmes for the launch of new drugs, as the most recent case of Xarelto in their indications.
