I´m currently running an iconic music venue in Valencia like La3 club in its new location. I am in charge of marketing & contents (booking, events management and logistics).Managing PR team & marketing strategies.Since I started, we have a daily music programme and work with new promoters, increasing in more than 50% our monthly revenue.

Ibiza, Spain

I was in charge of coordinate all the events at the boutique hotels Santos, Dorado, Tropicana, Paradiso and Cubanito in Ibiza. Events like live gigs with international bands, open air cinema, photo & video shootings, art exhibitions, corporate events, etc. One of our highlights was to manage the RED BULL GUEST HOUSE IBIZA 2018, the 2nd time that kind of event happened in the world after Miami.My daily duties were: managing all the pre-event planning, liase with marketing team to promote the event, negotiate with suppliers & performers and do the post- event.Coordinate all the staff and giving a full briefing to the departments involved. Handle all the client queries and taking the responsibility of the negotiations in most of the cases. I was also responsible of the music identity of each the hotel: playlists and DJs.Collaborating within the Marketing Team: hiting the deadlines, providing some content for copywriting and promo, etcOn top of that, I was taking care of the group bookings for the restaurants, rooftops and pools.

Unit 16 Brixton Market Row

Unit 16 is a small cafe cocktail bar located in Brixton, London. In the time I've been running the place, I have helped to give a more defined identity:- Creating a new cocktail menu and a new breakfast menu, including many new items such as smoothies, sandwiches and tapas.- Organizing charity events, live music and DJs who I was in charge to find.- I installed a new informatics system for the till as the former was very basic.- Managing cash flow, stock and deliveries.

Casa Morita is a Mexican restaurant located in Brixton Market, London. I´m responsible for managing the team of the restaurant. The team consists of about 12 people.During the year I managed the floor, the service improved notoriously. Improvements as divide the floor into service areas, create a cleaning rota with the assistant manager, increase the tips by more than 20% and make the team smile more were the results achieved.
