Managed core operations team, responsible for tracking, reporting and improving day-to-day image creation logistics of a stock photography company. Worked alongside various departmental managers to marshal through company wide projects. Set up and maintained various production metrics, handled key distributor relationships with Corbis & Getty Images. Through user level analysis documented, improved and set up new workflow procedures and ability to project influxes. Set up distribution system to deploy assets to over 100 international distributors on a bi-monthly basis.

Managed production and throughput for growing large format printing department. Researched new equipment for department expansion into POP. Revamped procedures such as trafficking system & inventory control for department, increasing throughput by 30%. Inspected all work as well as estimated incoming jobs. Established a new structure for Copywise, a new startup digital print/copy company by owners of Bullseye. Set up processes for digital printing, file management, trafficking and customer uploading for inside sales.

Managed workflow for digital prep department, responsible for pre-flighting all incoming jobs for Apple and GAP, troubleshooting problem files for department, delegated jobs to appropriate file prep technicians and followed up with jobs at various stages. Oversaw Lambda, Vutek and Roland output, handled pre-press work as needed, worked closely with finishing and printing manager.
