Employed Lean Methodologies to optimize production cost and efficiency. Honored with TI Automotive President’s Award in recognition of a problem-solving initiative that resulted in significant profit gains. Developed technical specifications of equipment, tooling and machinery for production. Performed debugging and sign-off of new-technology machinery at supplier’s site and ensured delivery and successful installation on site. Led trial and pre-production activities in the plant.

Implemented Skip-Lot System to manage and track suppliers Key Performance Indicators. Reviewed and approved supplier PPAP and IMDS for project launches. Performed on-site supplier audits. Coordinated sorting and rework of non-conforming product and equipment calibration program. Managed and controlled quality alert system for non-conforming product in the plant. Developed disposition process of suspect quality product putting in place a process to protect the customer.
