• Responsible of the operation of TIGO in the South West region (5 departments), driving sales budget, business strategy, collection and recovery strategy portfolio, HR management and EBITDA in the region, delivering required operation margins.• Evaluate sales team performance and skill sets. Conduct sales training in accordance with the organization policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning and directing work; perform field evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees and eliminate commission overdraw.• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

• Support analysis to improve ROI of promotional activities and close volume gaps in order to meet channel business targets, engaging all relevant parties to deliver the business plan.• KPI's - Channel Volume and MACO for Region - Program Objective Execution.• Manage the implementation of brand programming within channel to delivery share growth. Manage the trade spend and ROI for channel programs. Direct channel specific pilots; manage optimization of each channel's key levers.
