As the first Enterprise Segment leader I produced the initial Go-to-Market narrative approved by Exco and the 9 sub-regions. I analyzed and uncovered cloud demand for Enterprise customers, partner’s migration and transformation capabilities and sales business development required efforts. Responsibilities included revenues/GM and 20+ goals including talent hiring & retention, new solution selling or customer satisfaction. EMEA Enterprise grew 5x in 2019/2020 to 300+ strong sales, business development and technical resources covering AWS’s portfolio of compute, storage, networking, AI/ML, Analytics and data lakes, database, IoT and Applications.
