In this role, I lead the digital and innovation strategy of the company, overseeing the IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and ERP systems. I also manage the implementation of new technologies and solutions to optimize the business processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency of the organization. Some of my achievements include launching a successful e-commerce platform, securing a large contract with a cloud service provider, and improving the user retention rate by 25%. I have a Master in International Business Administration from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, and I hold the PMP and Scrum Master certifications. I have also completed a Master Executive Supply Chain Management from Fundación ICIL, and a course on cybersecurity fundamentals from LinkedIn.
