He is curious, diligent, and has a great eye for not only front end state management tools and frameworks but has a great eye for design as well. I remember challenging Jorge with his Personal Portfolio project to take a look at Tailwind CSS, a CSS library we had not covered in class at all. Within a week Jorge had returned a project that was nothing short of professional utilizing the library entirely on his own and turning one of the finest student projects I’ve seen. Additionally, after our class had ended Jorge took it upon himself to seek out extra help understanding the complexities of Depth-First search algorithms to further supplement a skill he felt was not where he wanted it.
