HUMAN RESOURCES-Supervises up tp 2 full-time staff members when required to be the Acting Manager of the Office-Supervised 5 summer students during a period of 3 years-Participates as a member of the selection board in the hiring process of students, casuals, and term employees of the office.-Highly knowledgeable of the Treasury Board Secretariat HR mandates, labour relations and collective agreements.INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROJECT MANAGEMENT-Researched, and lead the implementation of a SharePoint Collaboration Tool, the MROConnex.-Liaised with the IT branch for the requirements of the users at the MRO side.-Worked closely with the MRO program HQ in regards to the project funding.-Launched and monitored the web-based collaboration tool for the expected utilization -Trained users and editors -Supervised 6 project collaborators and currently supervises 2 full-time editors.
