  Founder and President of Condista, the leading Spanish-language network representation group in Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market. With more than 30 years of experience in the PayTV industry, Fiterre is credited with the successful launches of numerous Spanish-language Pay TV networks, in addition to being a pioneer of Spanish language program offerings for the U.S. Hispanic market, having helped create and launch the first Spanish language cable networks in the U.S.Fiterre founded Condista in 1999 with the mission to provide U.S. multichannel video programming distributors (MVPD’s) opportunities to enhance their business in the U.S. Hispanic market by providing a wider offering of channels popular for this specific market. Under Fiterre’s leadership, Condista has grown to include Condista US which manages the distribution of channels in the market; Condista Ad Sales, which handles media sales for the networks; Condista International which manages the distribution for more than 12 networks in Latin America, Canada and Europe; and Condista Networks which owns and distributes Kids Central / Family Central, a dual language (English/Spanish) children's television network that provides fun, entertainment and learning opportunities for children (3-7 years old) and families, and is currently distributed on Comcast, reaching millions of viewers. Condista also owns and distributes U-Learn – Inglés para Todos, an innovative network dedicated to teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) and available exclusively to DishLatino subscribers.
