o Researched and proposed web architecture (MVC) according to the new product to reduce the difficulty, reducing product costs by 15-18%.o Migrated the backend from Angular to Django, since this product is data-driven and most of the code to be written would be in Python, dramatically increasing the cohesion of the code, above 82%, and turning down complexity. o Developed the intranet using Bootstrap and Django, since the content of the web is generated in python, only requires a frame for the different pages and some configuration and support pages. Bootstrap is the fastest, reaching our objectives 2 weeks before, thus letting us to improve other parts of the product.o Implemented script with Amazon mws API to extract automatically all the seller data, managing to automatically incorporate the data into MongoDB resulting in the elimination of human inspection for getting and inserting data, saving around 25.000€ - 35.000€ per year.o Analyzing most important insights and converting real-time data into graphs automatically using the pyplot library, converting information in the form of a table with 20-200k rows to a format in which the client can reach concise, valuable and visual information. Rocketing the value provided to the customer.o Introduced the use of Scrum, being the Scrum Master of the team, conducting 4 junior engineers (like me) in the meetings and ensuring conversion of the process to an agile environment, growing productivity, and the delivered value by more than 60% producing a profit for the company of more than € 120,000 acquiring 2 new clients.o Speaker of the Junior engineering team in the meetings, explaining to the stakeholders the progress of the product and negotiating deadlines.o Led a team of 4 people and grown sales by 20-25%.o Liaised between 3 departments to deliver maximum value since the beginning of the product.
