I built a technical team from scratch for centralising in Spain all support activities regarding Nagra middleware products for all EMEA Customers applying all acquired integration and quality assurance processes during my previous career experiences. I worked as Integration Engineer managing a technical team providing first level of support to our Customers for all Nagra software (PT, ZON, T-COM, PrisaTV, SES HD+, Vodafone, Jazztel, Finstar, Numericable, M7, UPC, HOT...) guaranteeing… Show more I built a technical team from scratch for centralising in Spain all support activities regarding Nagra middleware products for all EMEA Customers applying all acquired integration and quality assurance processes during my previous career experiences. I worked as Integration Engineer managing a technical team providing first level of support to our Customers for all Nagra software (PT, ZON, T-COM, PrisaTV, SES HD+, Vodafone, Jazztel, Finstar, Numericable, M7, UPC, HOT...) guaranteeing the quality of every delivery process and managing all communication with other Nagra teams and third party groups like iApp developers or STB manufacturers. I covered traditional broadcasters and also started to support cloud operators.These actions include:- Team management, coordinating, asigning and prioritizing tasks- Program delivery- Products specification- Customer interface- Deployment planning including project scopes- Code debug and integration- In Network validation- Customer Acceptance- Bug triaging and lead of communications with other Nagra teams (and 3rd party teams)I designed and built a DTV Laboratory in Madrid premises to support all testing and integration tasks remotely from Spain.
