As a digital transformation executive, I strive to take my company into the future while propelling towards forward growth and technological advancement. I deliver diverse experience with immense career progression, and rally my teams around a common mission and vision to build a connection between their works and the business. I believe my professional differentiator is the level of business and technical acumen I bring to the table. Savvy in both, I am able to work both sides of the table to ensure my teams and businesses succeed. I am a strategic business partner to the CEO and other C-level executives, enabling digital business and conceptualizing new business models through contemporary and influential leadership and experience. While the whole of my career has been with GE, I have worked across 5 different verticals and amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience to match. I have truly started at the bottom and worked my way up the ladder while establishing myself as a recognized leader in a global company. Entering GE as a project engineer, I have earned numerous promotions to senior vice president of the digital enterprise. I pursue innovation and optimization while keeping my organization at the cusp of emerging technology. The scope of my leadership has spanned teams of 500+, across 40+ countries, and multibillion-dollar revenues. Most recently I played a critical role during the 2016-2020 restructuring of the GE company to a decentralized business conglomerate with focus on key industrial segments, including the integration of the largest acquisition in GE’s history and the divestiture of multiple global assets. Providing strategic and execution leadership in M&A is one my core competencies. With vast experience on a global stage, I am able to bridge cultural divides and uncover progressive leadership methodologies to reach and empower my multidimensional teams. Remaining connected to my Hispanic heritage, I am an Executive Sponsor of GE’s Hispanic Forum and consistently seek out avenues to improve and celebrate diversity.
