In my current capacity, I am leading the company forward through Future of Work. Transforming the enablement of the workforce, I deliver vast impacts on the company and operations. Simultaneously, I am executing proven change management methodologies to uncover the steps needed to streamline that change across the organization as well as culturally. Leveraging machine learning, automation, artificial intelligence, and robotics, I am forging digital transformations throughout GE Power.I am presently leading a multiyear cross-functional Digital program to transition the $35B business onto a single platform. This will be the largest platform for GE and will host approximately 40% of overall revenue-generating business units.Notably, I was also a key executive in the Alstom Energy acquisition, which is GE’s largest-ever industrial acquisition. This role, while still evolving, is one where I have had the greatest impact while able to utilize my business and technical savvy to implement formidable change and advancement.

With GE entering the O&G space, a $4B global business that supported 18k employees across 200+ locations and 30 countries, I was tasked with building the company from 4 separate acquisitions. The challenge was inorganic business growth due to the intense amount of acquisitions over a short time period. I showcased my business acumen and executive leadership to manage the franchise through rapid growth and dramatic declines. A defining achievement from this role was the launch of Industrial Internet (IoT) solutions to improve asset utilization and maintenance. The SeaLytics™ Blowout Preventer Advisor was a major industry advancement that won an award at the 2014 Offshore Technology Conference. Additionally, I defined the digital strategy to transform Engineering & Manufacturing operations into an industry leader in fulfillment, cost, and quality, leveraging advanced manufacturing technology and analytics.

Advancing into my first CIO role, I began my path as an executive leader with company acknowledgement of my contributions and future potential. The core of my role encompassed driving IT strategy and solutions to boost competitive advantage for a $4B Manufacturing and Services market leader in power generation. As the business was growing rapidly, I was successful at leveraging my business process and technical background to forge numerous system simplifications. This was a unique and professionally fulfilling moment in my career path as I was able to lead both IT and quality management. Here I earned my Six Sigma Certification and began to deploy proven lean methodologies as a means to achieve further optimization. Notably, I led the transformation of the Services business model with the digitization of asset management, field operations, and customer-facing processes. I was able to drive the implementation of GE Policy for Predictive Maintenance/advanced software analytics and the establishment of a new RM&D center in Houston for global customer support.

Recruited by the CIO, I was promoted into my first role in the United States, supporting the largest OEM of locomotives in the world. The scope of my leadership spanned the implementation and operation of digital solutions for the supply chain, parts, and component repair of a $6B global technology leader to the railroad industry with 12k employees in 65 locations.The role truly gave me the foundation for the rest of my career. I learned a vast amount quickly and was able to begin building a strong leadership reputation in a new country.

The start to my career in GE, I entered the company as a project engineer tasked with building a new manufacturing plant from the ground up. Once promoted to e-business, I undertook ownership of the development and execution of the information management strategy for the Latin America region. I asserted myself as the digital leader in Latin America, leading the organization during growth and transition.
