At Arcadis, a Dutch company with a global presence, I was the architect responsible for managing and coordinating federal projects in Peru. I led the Arcadis Peru team, composed of multiple specialties, in a phased project spanning 15 years, collaborating with key stakeholders such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Peruvian government entities, and Arcadis US offices. Through strategic planning and efficient management, we successfully completed the project, meeting expectations and exceeding the anticipated performance indicators.- Responsible for leading the coordination between different offices in US and foreign stakeholders.- Management of the project designated to Arcadis PE in order to keep it on track with the indicators, to be completed according to budget and schedule.- Negotiation with internal and external project stakeholders and foreign stakeholders.- Responsible for leading the project between different fields, according to Arcadis standards and stakeholders.

During my time there, I managed the design and construction of industrial projects with budgets exceeding 6 million USD per phase, focusing on infrastructure.
