Provide clients with federal, international, state, and local tax advisory and compliance products, with an emphasis in partnership and REIT taxation. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:1. Manage tax advisory and compliance engagements. 2. Develop and maintain client relationships.3. Supervise, lead, and coach junior employees.4. Identify tax strategies and opportunities for clients.5. Assist in the pursuit and/or development of new business accounts and/or engagements.Examples of industries served: 1. Real Estate, primary industry served2. Financial Services3. Senior tax accountant with an emphasis in corporate tax. Experiences and responsibilities included, but were not limited to, the following:1. Preparation of income tax provisions and applying the principles of FASB Accounting Standards Codification ("ASC") 7402. Employing ASC 740-10 to analyze and quantify uncertain tax positions and their impact on financial statements3. Developing and maintaining client relationships4. Preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns for C Corporations, S Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, and Partnerships5. Preparation and review of income tax estimate and extension calculations6. Review client financial information to help identify tax planning opportunities
