Responsible for the:• R&D roadmaps of ilumexico’s Products and Digital Services. • Design and development of our own pay-as-you-go meter, Colibrí using a user-centered and data-driven approach. Over 6,000 meters in rural homes in Mexico, Colombia, and USA.• Development of ilumexico’s Salesforce instance and digital tools used by headquarters and field staff to acquire, visualize, and analyze clients and operational data.• Design and implementation of strategic KPIs and the related data analysis used for identifying and generating insights for business and operational opportunities for the company’s various departments.• Design, manufacturing and value optimization of ilumexico’s standardized off-grid clean energy service offer based on our customers’ needs and possibilities.• Ongoing development, availability, and integrity of ilumexico’s platforms and databases.• ilumexico’s last mile IoT monitoring strategy for offline, off-grid solar home systems, to be implemented in Mexico and Colombia.

Design, sizing, supervision, and maintenance for over 12,000 Solar Home Systems nationwide. Product Owner of the Colibrí pay-as-you-go meter, responsible of its design, development, and implementation. Performed user research during the design phase of the product, with strong primary research focus, mainly on-site user interviews. Translated user insights into features for further development and implementation.

Consultant for governments in competitiveness and ease of doing business focused on process mapping and process optimization. I worked on projects with 3 states and 7 municipalities, performing interviews and surveys to both citizens and governmental institutions employees, and delivering optimized solutions to improve internal processes. Developed and implemented a GIS for the municipality of Queretaro.

I did the internship for the Chemical Engineering bachelor on the "New Refinery" project of PEMEX. During this period I collaborated in the management and control activities of the basic design of the refinery. The internship duties performed were:- Support in the coordination, management and control activities of technical documents (deliverables) of the “New Refinery” project of PEMEX.- Participation in specialty meetings and weekly gatherings with domestic and international contractors. - In particular, I was in charge of the documental control of a natural gas reforming plant for hydrogen production. Amongst the activities undertaken were control of deliverables and distribution to specialty areas, basic deliverables’ analysis and consolidation of specialty comments. This was the most challenging part as I had to understand and analyse all the basic documentation of the plant in order to consolidate the comments for discussion with the contractor.

- Organized and promoted cultural events held at UC Berkeley International House by collaborating with international and American student groups.-Explained rules and policies regarding ticket sales for events in a client-facing role. - As Master of Ceremonies, hosted major events such as International music charity benefit concerts.
