Design and documentation of financial processes, aligned with Corporate Risk Policy and specific regulatory requirements (SOX, SCIIF).- Project Management: National and international projects in listed companies, quick adaptability to new environments and work dynamics, development of teamwork skills, learned to work under pressure.

- Financial controller tasks, DB management, supervision of the expense control process (Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing).- Functional design of information control tool, supported by technical staff.

- Implementation of FNAC Buy tool, internal purchase system: Definition of user hierarchies, supplier and product management, employee training sessions.- Coordination of the roll-out, and of the change of working methodology.
