Publicis Groupe, French group based in Paris, where it is listed on the CAC40 index, is the oldest and second largest advertising, marketing and communications company in the world, employing about 100,000 people in approximately 100 countries worldwide.As the leader of the compliance function in Spain and Portugal and member of the global compliance team, some of my responsibilities are: - Implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the compliance framework for the different companies that form part of the group in Spain and Portugal: risk assessment and monitoring, training and due diligence with personnel as well as with third parties, review and report processes , etc. - Maintaining the ISO 37001 certification on anti-bribery management systems for companies in Spain. - Management of relations with internal and external compliance auditors and the planning and follow-up of audits. - Periodic report to the Compliance Committee and to the Governing Bodies of the Group in Spain and Portugal. - Report to the Global Chief Compliance Officer. - Promotion and participation in global working groups on compliance.

Reporting to the General Management, I was responsible for leading the creation of the company's Compliance Certification Division serving Listed companies and other large corporations in sectors such as technology, real estate, logistics, health, industrial, food or services, among others, in addition to many other companies that, without being large corporations, are an essential engine of economic progress and also demonstrate a special sensitivity for business ethics and the development of a culture of compliance in our society.My main responsibilities were, among others, the following:- Business management and product strategy for conformity assessment services for compliance systems.- Technical management for the audit and certification processes of compliance systems.- Audits of compliance systems (ISO 37301, ISO 37001, ISO 37002, UNE 19601, UNE 19602, 31bis CP), AML/FT (external expert registered with SEPBLAC), sustainability (Spanish Law 11/2018, GRI, ISO 26000, ODs), information security and data protection (ISO 27001, GDPR).

- Member of CTN 165/SC 01 - Governance and Whistleblowing Channel (ISO 37000, ISO 37002...). Standardization mirror group with respect to the group ISO/TC 309/WG1 Guidance for the governance of organizations and ISO/TC 309/WG5 Guidelines for efficiency measurement.

- Member of CTN 165/SC 07 - Socio-labour compliance management systems. Work to prepare a standard of requirements and guidelines to establish, develop, implement, evaluate, maintain and improve an effective socio-labour compliance management system (UNE 19604).

- Member of CTN 165/SC 03 - Compliance management systems and anti-corruption management systems (ISO 37301 ISO 37001, UNE 19601 and UNE 165019).
