If you aren't measuring things, then it's not engineering. From the usage of your products to the performance of your app to the effectiveness of your organization's processes, you need to be flush with metrics if you're going to succeed.4. No software business can truly succeed without obsession for the the customer (in terms of UX, performance, stability, accountability, ownership, and service) that extends throughout the entire organization.5.
