As the Chief, Enduring Security Framework (ESF) at the National Security Agency (NSA), I lead a team of cybersecurity professionals who collaborate with government and industry partners to protect the nation's critical infrastructure and systems from cyber threats. With over 30 years of intelligence and cybersecurity experience, I have developed strong analytical, strategic, and managerial skills that enable me to deliver innovative and effective solutions for complex and dynamic challenges.Prior to my current role, I served as the Project Director, ESF, and as an Operations Officer at the NSA, where I oversaw multiple projects and initiatives related to cyber defense, intelligence analysis, and technical operations. I have also earned several professional certifications, such as PMP, GCPM, GSLC, GCTI, GCCC, SSAP, Net+ and Sec+ that demonstrate my knowledge and expertise in project management, business architecture, security leadership, and cyber threat intelligence.
