Sr. Sales & Replenishment Analyst
• Add perspective and value to all phases of business planning for beer. Run Constellation Brands-Beer internal reports, MADRiD (Sam’s Club Retail Link based) reports, and interpret data and proactively address potential inventory, assortment and cost/retail pricing opportunities at Sam’s Club for Constellation Brands-Beer products. Will work with Sam’s Club beer replenishment managers. Heavily focused on club level detail reporting and analytics.• Monitor in-stocks, on-hands and on-order levels in MADRiD (Retail Link based reporting) and proactively report opportunities to Constellation’s beer Director for Sam’s Club and, Constellation beer Wholesalers and Sam’s Club Replenishment. Follow-up will include plan of action to correct and follow up to ensure proposed changes are implemented.• Work with CBI Beer Team Director to develop forecasted case sales to Sam’s Club replenishment team, driving club Specific Orders (SSO’s).• Identify peak trends by item to provide recommendations to replenishment for system settings and or adjustments- work with our distributor partners to ensure sufficient inventories to supply Sam’s Club orders and drive OTIF (On Time In Full) Purchase Order Execution scores.• Initiate weekly/bi-weekly calls and quarterly meetings with your replenishment contacts at Sam’s Club to ensure that needs are being met.
