This position has a global approach that has allowed me to carry out several key activities:-Management of multidisciplinary teams: Coordination of teams for the provision of internationalization services for private companies and state agencies, including Andalucía Trade, IVACE, Extremadura Avante, INFO Murcia, IPEX, IGAPE (Spain), Export Delaware, VEDP, Mississippi Development Authority (USA), Trade Malta (Malta) and ADA (Morocco).-Preparation of international and multilateral tenders: Development and submission of proposals for international projects, ensuring compliance with requirements and competitiveness of bids.-Promotion of the Market & Business Intelligence department: Leadership in the creation and strengthening of the department, including the elaboration of detailed reports, presentations and market analysis.-Account management: Oversight and comprehensive management of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and growth of the business relationship.

Indegate Consulting is a consulting firm created in Casablanca in 2012 and specialized in doing business in Africa and other emerging markets. It is the representative in Morocco and other African nations of several European and American development agencies and helps companies in public tenders, finding business partners or opening subsidiaries. During these two years I mainly worked for IGAPE. Nevertheless, I participated in some other projects like for example:-E-Commerce and Women led SMEs in Morocco by the World Bank-2021/2022 Knowledge Sharing Program with Morocco: Policy Consultation on Future of Digital Technology for SMEs in Morocco by the korean agency KOTRAI also participated in the preparation of documents for several public bids or tenders.

Through its Network of International Commercial Delegates, they provide consultancy and personalised assistance, facilitating prospecting, growth and consolidation in different foreign markets.As head of Extremadura Avante's commercial delegation in France, I support Extremadura companies in their entry processes into the French market, managing and supervising the correct execution of all the programmes and services provided by the delegation to ensure a successful outcome.
