Master plan development requested by the Inter-American Development Bank for ENATREL Nicaragua to launch of Nationwide Wideband Telecommunications Services including Technical and Business Plan Strategies to consolidate ENATREL’s Optical Network as a Wholesale Operator upon its licenses and concessions delivered by the Government Authorities, TELCOR. The previous activities are being applied for auditing the Wholesale Network in terms of infrastructure development and Quality of Service compliance upon the APP contract between Altan Redes and the Mexican Government. Also, during the last two years, I have been focused on the National Infrastructure options to render Next Generation Services (IoT, 5G, Network Functions Virtualization).
