I am an experienced telecom consultant with a strong technical background. I started my career in the telecoms industry as a support engineer, then became a post-sales delivery manager and later joined the sales team. Completing my MBA allowed me to understand what drives a business forward; rather than a superficial understanding of business goals, I use KPIs and empathy to iterate on detailed plans which allows me to create my own success in sales. I am now able to use my understanding of telecoms technologies and my business acumen to excel as a consultant account manager.
