Job Details - Responsibilities and Achievements• Training experience within the different functional areas into the compliance department.• Trading desk compliance which ensures that the organization and advisors operate within the rules and regulation prescribed by IIROC and the trading market conduct UMIR.• Sales communication and CRM2 / IIROC Social Media Guideline which apply regulatory requirements and audit over marketing and advertising materials.• Securities complaint handling process in relation with regulatory requirements from IIROC, MFDA OBSI and FCAC related with consumer protection. • Securities branch examination program and investigation services to review conducted onsite at branches and advisors using both quantitative and qualitative criteria allocating branch risk ratings.• Elaboration of the STR (Suspicions Transaction Report) to FINTRAC related with AML / FT for the dealer and the bank.• Elaboration of policy and procedures for the compliance department• Registration and licensing • Tier 1 and 2 Supervision (First and second line of defense).
