As a Sales Analyst at Europastry, I was responsible for analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to provide valuable insights to the sales team and drive business growth. I learned to appreciate the employees I work with. Everyone has different struggles in their lives, but we were all a team during the month I spent there. I developed my skills of respecting and listening to others before making decisions, it is important to hear all sides of the story before making a valuable decision that can influence both sides significantly. I am not an expert on the kitchen or anything, but I wanted to do it in order to see how the environment of a company really functions on the inside. It is key for a leader to analyze the inside of the team and work together to achieve the common goal. That way, you can align the organizational structure with the strategy.

I spent one entire month with the owner, following every step and learning all the process behind the decision making. He taught me the importance of being organized and discipline, which both are essential for a business to be run successful. The other month I was part of the accounting team, learned how to do excel and how to manage all the paperwork.
