- In 2015 we were acquired by Fresenius, the European leather in Health Care services (>€2.000M), into the biggest acquired transaction in Europe (>€4,750M) that year, it means the integration into a new structure. - In 2015, we changed to Purchase Department Director, assuming the Quiron´s purchases ( >€500M), focused on obtaining synergies (>€50M per year), and redefined the purchase process in all the group. It implies managing over 500 suppliers national and overseas.

In 2012, CEO at a new division company, to externalize the non-healthcare services that hospitals have, like maintenance, cleaning, laundry, cafeteria, meals, etc. It implies managing a new company with over 1.500 employees.

We were sold and integrated into Capio Group (Swedish company leader in Healthcare Market in Europe at that moment), being a member (without vote) of the Capio Spain Board and being participant in many projects, business strategic plan, implementation procedures into a multinational framework. We were acquired by Apax fund in 2006, so it means to depend again on an equity fund, negotiating new refinancing for Spanish Business.In 2011 CVC fund acquired Capio Group again and obtained new financing into the acquisition process in a negative economic environment.

I joined the group as Financial Controller in 2003. We were in charge of reporting to our shareholders and prepared documentation and analyses for Banks and Board relatives to Financial, Tax, Purchases, and other materials. At this time the company belongs to the CVC fund portfolio.

In 1997-2003 joined Arthur Andersen Madrid (merged Deloitte). I was auditor and consultant before moving to Capio, I was focused on Products and Services companies.
