Among my responsibilities is overseeing the Sales Management team to facilitate them with tools used for prospecting and eventually convert into sales. Supervision and control of all regarding Social Media and SEO. Within the business strategy is to achieve business partnerships that benefit our users or members. Also, in conjunction with the Advertising Agency, plan the Marketing Strategy and the proper application thereof to achieve a proper advertising campaign and communication based on the objectives established for the semester. I also have the responsibility of recruiting the Club staff in conjunction with the Director of Sports Development of Casablanca Juriquilla. Finally I also cover part of PR as Chief Editor of the electronic magazine and also as a direct contact with the Club Members. Supervisión y Control de todo lo que tiene que ver con Social Media y SEO. Dentro de la estrategia comercial se encuentra la de lograr alianzas comerciales que beneficien a nuestros usuarios. Elaboración en conjunto con la Agencia de Publicidad de la Estrategia de Marketing así como la aplicación correcta de la misma para lograr una campaña de publicidad y comunicación correcta en base a los objetivos semestrales planteados. Coordinate and Administrate the different properties that the company has licensed rights to use. Negotiating and securing the different licenses or properties with the licensors and/or agents in order to establish the minimum guarantees that the property will have in the contract signed as well as terms, conditions, categories and channels of distribution. Research & Development of new business opportunities within the apparel business in Mexico and overseas. Sourcing production within Mexico. Hiring sales staff and designers. Development of marketing and merchandising strategies for retailers as well as project leader for Webshop Development of GoTee®. P&L Statements. MJC de Mexico is a company with $1.5 million USD in sales with a sales projection of $10 million USD in a 5 year period.

Responsibilities: Development of new products from the artwork and concept until the coordination and the manufacture of samples to show our clients. Responsible of the research of the different license opportunities in order to establish the success it will have once they hit the mass market. Negotiation with the licensors on obtaining the rights for the desired licenses as well as the terms and conditions of the contract. Development of private labels that will hit the privately owned stores (franchises).

Responsibilities: Control of the embellishment operation of the Queretaro facility as well as the Sabinas, Coahuila facility. This company serves the US mass retail market in chains like Kohl's, Walgreens, JC Penney and Walmart to name a few.

Responsibilities: Promotion of the screen printing facility within the apparel manufacturers in the US to embellish their goods in our facilities in Mexico. First contact with companies that sell their goods (t-shirts) to mass retailers through the US. Attend the Magic Show at Las Vegas two times a year in order to make contact with private label owners as well as licensees that sell goods to mass retailers.

Responsibilities: Planning, Supervision and Control of the total of activities that the company had as a sewing facility for the Hanes Printables products (t-shirts). The areas that I was involved with were Human Resources, Production, Quality, Accounting and Maintenance. 100% of the total sewing production (15,000 units daily) was sent to the Hanes Distribution Center.

Responsibilities: Raw Material and Finished Product control as well as warehouse and receipt of all materials that access the HDPE pipe manufacture facility. The pipe is used for water, communications and gas and we exported half of the product overseas. The import/export department was also handled by me.
