Mr Jörgen Bergstedt graduated from the University of Luleå, with a Master of Science, Computer Science and Engineering a qualification which he obtained in 1992.Mr Jörgen Bergstedt began his career as Researcher and System Designer at Telia:s R&D company Telia Research AB. Starting in the area of Intelligent Networks (IN) which is used in fixed and mobile Telecom networks, moving on to developing prototypes for internet/intranet such as distance learning services and developing one of the first group of public internet services for companies provided by Telia. In 1998 Mr Jörgen Bergstedt was employed as a consultant at Arctic Group AB and started consulting at Telia Mobile in Luleå where he participated in developing and several administrative systems including BMI (system for administrating mobile telephone manuals), FIOL (fax administration system) and Arkinet (document administration system). Was later also responsible of system maintenance and continuous development of FIOL and Arkinet.Since 2004 Mr Jörgen Bergstedt has been working in the area of Customs and has been a System Developer of several systems such as Tariff, Quota, Antidumping and Surveillance systems, including Arctic Groups own product ArcticTariffMr Jörgen Bergstedt is currently a Senior Designer within Arctic Group.Specialties: Systems Design and Development, Software Configuration Management, Build Management, Test Designer, Database Management and Design, Project Management
