I am a Manager at Seafood People, based in Bergen, Norway. Before joining the Seafood People team, I worked as an HR consultant in Sbanken ASA for one and a half years. I spent a total of five and a half years at Sbanken ASA.I hold a Master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business administration (NHH) with specialization in Strategy and Leadership. My Master’s thesis is about the emphasis on fit between leader and follower in recruitment processes.In June 2020 I became a DNV certified recruiter.Recruiting C-level, managers and specialists for the global seafood industry, across the whole value chain, from genetics to sales and commercial roles. I have also been working as a management consultant on several projects in the global seafood industry. I have worked with companies in Norway, Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, Scotland, Greece, Chile, Canada, Mexico and USA.Recruitment team manager since March 2023.
