Sr. Visual Marketing Designer
CurrentCurrent Responsibilities:• Generate and develop ideas that align with the vision and strategies of Capital Group PCS’s mission, rapidly turning design thinking into concepts and ideation into reality. • Iterate, brainstorm, concept and design highly polished work that represents the Capital Group PCS brand through design thinking, storytelling, presentations, art direction, visual design, motion studies, and everything in between. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define services strategies and roadmaps while being a voice for the consumer and advocating for best in class design. • Manage day-to-day design tasks and help define processes for design workflow • Think through complicated systems and elevate the consumer experience by being detail oriented and prototyping assumptions. • Help define and maintain the Capital Group PCS brand guidelines to ensure design standards are met across all Capital Group PCS marketing collateral. • Be a design advocate across the organization that can be open to the ideas, input and feedback from all teammates and stakeholders. • Work autonomously and lead creative design efforts to help reach the teams key objectives.• Art direct photo and video shoots with outside vendors, and work with creative agencies when in need of extra muscle.
