Director – Mobile Unloaders:-Sales Director, Mobile Unloaders. Manager – Mobile Unloaders: -Responsible for and manging the daily work related to MOB/Engineering, MOB/Purchasing och MOB/Projects.-Total budget responsability for the department, responsible for project budgets, responsible for quality assurance related task within MOB and the employees in-service training.-Responsible for project execution at hand-over from Sales until end of warranty period when project is transferred to Services & After Sales.-Acting as Contract Manager for all projects assigned to Mobile Unloaders including both special projects and standard projects.Project Manager (Contract Manager): -Internally and externally manage the project from hand-over by Bulk Terminal Sales, during production, delivery, installation, commissioning and until end of warranty period.-Fulfillment of all contractual conditions, technical, commercial and administrative.-In a cost-consious manner execute the project within the limits of the budget and time schedule.-Planning of resources in co-operation with involved managers and project members to secure that necessary resources are available for the project execution.-Cost control, invoicing, securing and monitoring of customer payments in accordance with the cash flow planning of the project.-Responsible that conditions in documentary credits when applicable are correct and in consistent with contractual conditions.-Execution of corrective actions related to customer complaint or warranty issued. Purchasing Engineer/Service & Purchasing Engineer: Procurement of steel constructions, hydraulic systems and equipment, electrical systems and equipment and other special components intended for new building projects, transport and installation work in different sites around the world – equivalent work conducted for after sales related projects.
