Originally, I was trained as an engineer (machinist) at A.P. Møller and then as a blacksmith. However, my main interests and competencies lie in engineering and customer support besides management. Thus I have been involved in management and technical customer support for the past many years, initially as a field engineer and then as a team leader and a service manager. This has provided me with the following experience and skills:• Daily management of technician teams incl. recruitment, resource allocation, MUS, 1: 1 meetings, health and safety and understanding working with different personality types• Contract negotiations with customers in relation to service agreements and settlements of disputes and escalations with customers and suppliers• Responsible of budget and responsible for ISO 9001 certification• Thorough knowledge of IT including Microsoft Office• Fluent in English in speech and a fairly knowledge of English in writing
