About Hanne Jorgensen

My first programming lesson at the university in Copenhagen gave me “IT Fever” and inspired me to build my career in the Software industry. My professional path has taken me from Testing, to Management roles, to Product management, to my current position as a Project and Program Manager (PMP certified). For the last 10 years I have had the pleasure to work for SAP, latterly as part of the User Experience & Design Group, the organization responsible for SAP’s award winning Fiori design, and for producing innovative products to help SAP and our customers scale design . Every day I work with global, virtual teams, across multiple Lines of Business, and am currently focusing on delivering products for the Cloud. Recently I added an area of expertise on the very relevant topic of Data Protection. As a Data Protection champion (CIPT), I understand the privacy objectives, and with my close proximity to the business, I can help product teams develop creative solutions that optimize for business value and data protection. Born and raised in Denmark, I moved to France just after my graduation and established my professional career here. This multi-cultural identity gives me the opportunity to speak 3 languages on a daily basis (Danish, French, English) with colleagues from around the world, and from diverse cultural backgrounds.
