My work includes procurement of electrical and mechanical material such as Middle and Low-voltage Switchgear systems, generator backup, heating-systems and electrical design for Hotel and industrial projects. I have also gained excellent experience with instrumentation and PLC programming system.My positions have been based mainly within the Design, Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance and training of local personnel.I also have extensive experience in managing positions such as Commissioning Lead for onshore projects with manufacturing and installation of LQ modules and winterization projects and as Maintenance Manager in a gold mine. Solve problems and make adjustment of the electrical design that could clash with other disciplines. The electrical site supervision was under my responsibility that I follow up daily progress of installations.Commissioning and completion of the electrical and electronic part go under my department.This is to guarantee that installations follow the design and work proper to the specifications.As-built updating and proper hand over documentations to the clients.

When I began in the mine where I involved in three projects,● Construction of a 5 MVA diesel fired powerhouse standby plant.● A tunnel for underground mining production.● Construction of a crusher for the metallurgy operation.The existing power plant located in Saudi Arabia where dismantled and shipped to Ethiopia there I re-assembled it. The Caterpillar 2512 generator-set produced a 400 volt AC to a step up transformer which supplied the mine with a 15kV power supply. The plant is fully automated. My participation within the subterranean part of the project consisted of supervising the installation of an 3 x 500 KVA 400 Volt Cumming generator-sets and a 15 kV transmission system what we maintain and extend during the operation.Due to increase in rock crushing capacity did a second hand plant purchase from a sister company in Saudi Arabia. I was responsible for the Electrical Design, Installations and Commissioning of the plant during a twelve months period.
