I was responsible of 14 business units in Mexico City, Estado de México, Pachuca and Puebla (CONVERSE, MERRELL, NEW BALANCE and Outlets and Multibrand stores of the group).I had 90+ coworkers at my charge (managers, jr. store managers and sales advisors) and I always looked for their development in the organization, according to their talents. At CONVERSE I had developed a Mystery Shopper Project that helped to find opportunity areas with the objective to change the mistakes to give to our customers an excellent & unique purchase experience. Trough KPI´s, I´d made strategic improves that were successful. At the same time, I was Visual Merchandising Superviser (in Puebla) with our external clients like El Palacio de Hierro, Liverpool, Sears, and other important business allies, with the objective of align the correct message of the essence of the brand to our customers.

I was responsible to follow KPI’s, visual merchandising, teamwork trough leadership and focus in sales, giving to our customers an incredible purchase experience.

I was manager of the Twitter account of my boss, generating interesting content to our target audience; marketing activations according to the KPI’s of each section of the social community.

Sales associate, visual merchandising of the appartment I was responsible for (“Informales”), always alligned to the objectives of the company.

I was responsible for the « Cine de Arte » area; cashier of the store and sales advisor.
