Jorge Pacheco founded Apache Service and Supply Company. He is the sole, principal proprietor of the company and directly involved in the day-to-day operations. He implements policies and leads staff members through a strategic plan and reevaluates according to market demands and current events: a recent example being the COVID-19 global pandemic. As President, Pacheco has experienced significant growth and he attests that to investing in people. Through a partnership with the CMS Dept. of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, he previously served as director of the Small Business Development Center at the West Side Technical Institute. There, Jorge helped small business owners jumpstart their ventures with financial, certification and management guidance and accessing capital. Jorge has multiple prosperous businesses. His background was of great value to the startups he was able to guide during his time in service for the SBDC. Jorge is looking to connect with other leaders in various industries throughout the Greater Chicago Area. For mentorship opportunities, please visit apacheserviceandsupply.com. In addition to Jorge's work in the service industry, he is also the owner of a nightclub in the suburbs of Chicago. He was able to grow Black Door Pub from a $100,000 pub to a multi-million dollar leader in nightlife.
