Jorge is a highly successful entrepreneur originally from Venezuela whose specialized interest is in uniting and connecting the Americas into a unified marketplace. Towards that end, for the past many years he has focused in sectors such as new media, immigration, immigration investments, technology and franchising. Jorge is Founder & CEO of Globofran (www.globofran.com), an Immigration Investments firm which specializes in sourcing and advising Latin Americans on purchasing businesses and investment opportunities in the United States for immigration purpose. In late 2014 Jorge co-founded AWA. AWA represents an advanced technology that allows to create a hydrophobic layer that adheres to materials at a molecular level, rendering electronic devices and other materials to be resistant to liquids and salt.Jorge launched Amazonia Group in 2012, a technology and innovation accelerator with special interest in Latin America. He founded and was CEO of WAU Móvil in 2002. Mobile Entertainment honored him with an award as one of the top 50 global executives in mobile content. Before founding WAU, Jorge was CEO at LatCel and rebranded RedMas (in a joint venture with the Cisneros Group), which was a mobile ad network focused on serving the Latin audience.He served as Vice Chairman of the Board at the Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF), Latin America Chapter and was a Founding Member of the Venezuelan Entrepreneurs Organization. He is currently a member of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and an active supporter of Hispanic and Latin American Entrepreneurship. Mr. Partidas is a frequent keynote speaker. In 2014, he was awarded the Top Hispanic Entrepreneur Award by Negocios Magazine (Business Magazine). He also volunteers as a business coach for several entrepreneurs through EO. Jorge holds an Economics’ Degree from Caracas' UCAB University (1999) and is a sports enthusiast, having successfully completed 8 marathons and 2 Ironman races.
