He worked twice as much as any other person. Never losing his patience; always remaining cool — the eye of the storm — he inspired all his team to remain confident and present an image of excellence to the customers. Jorge's leadership of his Customer Care team did not rely on scripts, on recent underpaid recruits or trainees, or on constantly escalating issues without even attempting to solve them; instead, he trained everybody personally and encouraged all his team to feel proud of being experts on the first line of support. The customer was expecting to be put in touch with professionals who knew how to solve their issues and provide reasonable, assuring answers.
