Developed a Business Intelligence system composed by several modules, for the Safety, Quality and Environment department of the company. Later on I realized a usability study to the system. Using Microsoft Power BI created dashboards powered by dataflows that perform data extraction and processing.I also explored Robotic Process Automation by developing 6 robots to automate non-value added tasks for several departments of the company.This work supported the writing of my master's thesis.

Throughout a six-week internship, I had the privilege to work on a real case of a portuguese hospital, more specifically with its Human Resources and Payroll Information System. The main objectives of this internship were: - Development of a Script in R to extract data from a SOAP API and store it in a SQL Server database; - Construction of Queries for statistical maps based on the collected data; - Creation of a report in Power BI for monitoring the information.
