Measurable Result: - Initiated the largest electronic grant field-reading competition ever held at the US Dept. of Education while having responsibility of a $28M budget. This action saved the agency significant administrative funding, as grant readers were no longer physically required to be in Washington DC and did not have to be reimbursed for airline travel, ground transportation, hotel, and meals. Measurable Result: -Conceptual co-designer of e-Monitoring, a monitoring tool to oversee all federal grants within the Office of Post Secondary Education U.S. Dept. EducationMeasurable Result: - Efficient and effective management of a federal program budget of $42 million dollars
