Parkius is the creator of a digital law enforcement system for Parking that was known as the Amsterdam way. The system expanded to many other cities across the Netherlands and later to most cities in Europe and is now known as the Dutch Parkius system. Parkius is one of the very few examples of a Smart City Startup that scaled up, replicating its solution in different cities from distinct countries all over the world. The reason for its success is quite simple: it generates a rapid ROI while digitizing the city and improving public space usage. Personally, it is a stellar example of the importance of smart city policy and why it should be the core of a Smart strategy.As a tech person, leading a team towards a new software generation based on microservices and focus on AI is an enriching experience and a great pleasure to work with such an awesome team.
