-Mentor junior engineers-Leading development of test methodologies for mass production testing of next generation finger print module platforms-Develop HW, SW and test methodologies to support mass production testing of fingerprint sensors-Develop internal silicon bring-up SW tools-Helped drive revenue growth by completing production test platform for tier-1 customer-Developed internal silicon bring-up SW tools for 3rd generation fingerprint sensors (LabVIEW)

Products involved were image based, clear touch sensors. Sensor stack-ups supported were on-cell and two chip in-cell. Projects were mainly Synaptics flagship platform offerings-Created test methodologies for new platforms-Created software and hardware to support platform production test-Mass production support to external customers-Worked on Synaptics first Platform based projects; self capacitance clear touch sensor-Developed clear sensor only mass production test HW, SW and test methods-Worked on Synaptics Design Studio 4 and Design Studio 5 platforms. Helped drive Synaptics towards "no touch" suite of tests-Developed test HW and SW for first multi-up module test for iPod Nano flex based click-wheel. Continued work on the next two iPod click wheels (50 M units/year)-Worked on module test development and support for HTC G1 (first Android phone), LG Prada phone (first capacitive touch screen phone) and Blackberry Storm (first touchscreen Blackberry)-Developed clear sensor (ITO traces on PET) mass production test HW, SW and test methods
