I manage to reduce 90% the document rejections obtaining a 12% recuperation of past due portfolio, developing a software for visualization and correction of critical data to capture customer’s addendum. I design the architecture to centralize the invoicing and migrate to CFDI 3.3.Within my functions are the managing and coordination between the internal IT team and external consultors with the company’s operative teams in order to create applications that helps in the accounts receivable activities.
