Graduated in Mechanical Engineering with a master's degree in Energy and Environment and with work experience in Technical and Project Management. I focus on building and developing innovative solutions with a positive impact on organizations aimed for long-term sustainability.I assume myself as pragmatic in project management, with an outcome focus view and the achieving of goals, acting on the control of KPIs and the performance of teams. I use the skills acquired in my MBA for strategic business planning, market studies and processes designing and implementation that can contribute to sustainable exploitation of businesses, allowing the generation of value-added outputs for customers and shareholders. I believe that my team members are at the heart of the success of each project and I focus on having a shared vision and empowering my colleagues for inventive thinking.I have been working at ANA Aeroportos S.A. since 2016, where I had the opportunity to implement new operational and management processes, contributing to energy efficiency and environmental sustainability performance of the company. As a member of the company's Strategic Energy Management group, I contribute in the development of projects for energy efficiency and carbon reduction.
