I carried on an analysis to define the reasons behind rapid crack propagation and corrosion in turbine blades. To do this I worked with FFC and CAD software on a daily basis. To further understand this problem I developed a MATLAB script to analyze and compare the flight profiles of the engines with more corrosion.I was able to find a clear correlation between failures and one of the variables in the blades which allowed the team to start working on the root cause of the problem.

Programmer in a text mining research project. Most of the programming was done in R. My main task in the team was to write, improve and edit the main script. I worked with a team of researchers from different backgrounds.The main objective of the project was to determine what was the best processing method that you can apply to a group of patents to find which patents are similar to each other. The program computed and scored around 13000 different processing possibilities.
